Request provides home digital audio and video management systems that are pretty great. I was just browsing through their site, and found some pretty compelling products. I actually had not heard of them before, but apparently they’ve shipped over 18,000 systems.
Built in iPod interfaces, the ability to access your digital media library from any web browser… very cool. This is going to merit further investigation.
“VideoReQuest gives you the freedom to finally browse through your entire movie collection. With the press of a button you have access to hundreds of your DVDs, each one instantly accessible by Title, Actor, Director, Rating or Genre. Leave the movies to your VideoReQuest – it’s guaranteed to entertain.”
“Designed for simple integration systems and as a high quality music source for home theater installations, the single zone output N.Series provides instant access to hundreds of CDs by Artist, Album, Genre and Song. The internal hard drive capacity will hold 125 CDs in WAV, or 500 CDs in MP3/320kps formats. Adding music to the collection and creating individual playlists is as simple as inserting a new CD.”
